Turn a TED talk into a LinkedIn carousel

Step by step
- Find the talk on TED's YouTube channel (or TEDx) and copy the video link.
- Paste it into the YouTube tab below and choose 6–10 slides.
- Read each slide: remove “(Laughter)” or “(Applause)”, swap weak lines for ones you remember from the talk, and add the speaker's name to the cover.
- Download the PDF, post it with “Add a document”, and link the talk in the post text.

Do I need the transcript?

Can I use a link from ted.com?
Use the same talk's YouTube link; Slidler reads captions from YouTube, not from ted.com pages.
Are the slides a summary?
No. They're sentences from the transcript, kept word for word, so the speaker's voice stays. You can edit or reorder any slide.
Is it OK to share quotes from a talk?
Short quotes with the speaker's name and a link to the talk are a common way to share a talk you liked. Don't present the ideas as your own.
