Step by step

  1. Find the episode on YouTube and copy its link, or copy the show notes or transcript from your podcast host.
  2. Paste the link into the YouTube tab, or the text into the Text tab. For a long episode, paste only the segment you want to feature.
  3. Choose the number of slides and a template, then tighten each slide to one takeaway and add who said it.
  4. Download the PDF for LinkedIn or the PNG zip for Instagram, and link the full episode in your post.

Can I paste a Spotify or Apple Podcasts link?

Not directly: those pages don't include the transcript. Use the episode's YouTube link, or paste the show notes or transcript into the Text tab.

Does Slidler transcribe audio?

No. It works from text: YouTube captions, the video description, or text you paste. If your host or editor gives you a transcript, paste that.

How do I handle a one-hour episode?

Pick one segment or topic and paste just that part. A carousel works best with 6–10 points, so one strong segment beats a whole-episode summary.

Can I use a guest's quotes?

Quoting a guest with credit is common practice for promoting your own show. Name the guest on the slide and link the episode.
